I love this manga and Yuto Sano is an excellent mangaka but the self-harming for attention is icky… yandere menhera can be written well without portraying self-harm like that :/

that's a cool effect where the speech bubble was set behind the handrail. The non-diegetic visual gag literally represents Alma not being able to "hear" Utsu. I love it when authors use this sort of creative meta storytelling
