Caught up with latest release (59), have to say this is the most confusing manga I've ever read, in a good way. It is very unusual and extremely hard to digest. This is honestly closer to 'adult' oriented than 'seinen'.

I'll pick it up but don't expect frequent updates, assuming you're one of the two dozen people following it.
