wow, even as a kid some would've been backhanded for saying that
but i guess it's good that the dad still wants him to get along with the mom as opposed to shit talking and trying to pit a kid against each other (why did they divorce again? don't remember) tho even if they don'[t get back together for the kids sake unless it was a super shitty reason like cheating/having another bastard kid or so, they could always try to spend time together on a weekend/holiday thing
