He had four impressions of her. 1) her violently waking him up to torture him. 2) her seemingly being reasonable and deciding to help him after hearing his story. 3) immediately tricked him into putting on what was obviously a slave collar. 4) parading him through the refugee area, torturing him again in the process.

Yet he's super trusting and friendly with her? It just doesn't feel like a natural reaction. 3 out of 4 of those are bad and number 3 might as well be a handwritten card saying "you cant trust her."
