A scar is not a scab. A scab is the flaky clotted blood covering over an open wound, a scar is marks that remain after a wound heals. What you are seeing there is the cross-section of her horn, and the bone that comprises it's core; those little "blobs" would either be you misreading the porous structure of the bone, or small plates of keratin.

Actually it's the sex scene that we see in this chapter that was changed and some part of it was cut.

Originally the whole Fake Collar creation and the Sex Slave talk happen back in the sewers before they left.

And even the forced sex of Melty also included the Slime Girls (it was basically a fivesome), with Poiso using special medication to force MC to forget what happened the previous night, and suggested MC to not force himself to try and remember what happened the previous night.

They probably changed it cause they realized Melty deserves better. Kouske needs to at least remember his time with her and she needs her own personal time with him since she did so much.
