Because she knows what happened in chapters 63-64? Or did you mean "Chisa should be suspicious about Cakey since Cakey didn't ask her why Chisa and Iori stayed at love hotel"? In that case I think it might have been explained off-screen, and Cakey wouldn't find it strange since she herself couldn't find a normal hotel to stay in.
