Yeah to be honest, I don't see a NTR happening with Sakura at any point. Shibou just earned MAJOR brownie points by showing how much he cares about her with self-sacrafice. Had her blushing and all. I'm pretty sure this is about to be a "fumi get's ntr'd and railed" arc.
It's just wild because this all could have been prevented if he just simply warned her about the industry, especially with how much experience he has with it and things that almost happened to Sakura.
If some weird NTR does happen though between shinbou and sakura, im pretty sure that it will be Shinobou to cheat this time, as Sakura seems way too smitten as of right now.
