Nah I don't see any jealous knifing between the Sakura and Fumi at least. Thought I could imagine it happening to Sakura from a jealous fuckboi stalker fan who one day catches them walking around together at night. Oh it will take a lot, and some extra because of the the time skip we now got. But thinking back on what I read and felt in the very first chapter of this manga, we could go through all the twists and turns in the world and in the end I'd still bet on Sakura and Shinobu being together, just my personal gut take.

With this new chapter is now pretty clear that Sakura at the subconscious level had the intention of cheating on Shinobu since at least chapter 124 or so, she wanted to have sex with *anyone but Shinobu couldn't fullfil her lust. Now we see her doing it with Ikemen in a way that's animalistic (after the months that passed). No way to come back from this.
