Personally don't think 129 needs to be walked back for a redemption to be possible, it'll just have to be that much more impactful of a resolution to compensate for it. The absolute point of no return is Sakura taking the initiative the way she did with Shinobu because it'd mean that even her emotional attachment has completely shifted. A lot is still being hidden on purpose by the creators so we can afford some benefit of the doubt.

Look if this somehow ends with Sakura and shinobu in one anothers arms I will be both surprised impressed and wondering how the author did it. Now that's not likely to happen because we know nothing of sakura's thoughts nor emotions after the breakup and when we do final finally see I think that will close to door.

The fastest answer that could effectively half shut the door will be Shionbu's response to Fumi's sudden confession. It will definitely be admirable if Katsura Airi of all people can pull things back from the brink, and even I can sort of see a few reveals that restrict everything to just being a one night stand in 129 and post time skip reality being more complicated than simply Sakura having her back blown own out while Shinobu was moping around doing nothing all those months. Of course with my bias I'm praying the door stays open.

If it was part of a grander vision rather than cheap shock for a few chapters then there's hope yet but there's no way to know so we'll have to take it week by week as we're goin. Like I said, its way cooler to try to redeem Sakura which many write off as impossible, than it is to just settle into a Fumi route for the consoloation route ending.

You're absolutely right; that’s the exact manga. The female lead coerces a married man into getting in shape so she can have sex with him. But as the story progresses, she actually falls in love with him. Unlike Grapara when I can't find the love comedy scence between the mc and fmc.

Sakura redeeming herself is not fair for Shinobu if they wind up together. I dont see how its possible and be fair for Shinobu.
