I think there is a tendency for hentai authors to just make the characters behave in the way that leads to the intended outcome regardless of sense and logic. Since hentai readers just want to jer... pardon... just want the pay-off, it doesn't matter.
It would require a brilliant execution of the movie arc we could be looking at with the end of this chapter. This also hinges on Sakura and fuckboi not being in a romantic/loving relatiionship post time skip but assuming pg 9 affirms this its a bit tough without author rugpulling that moment as being just fuckboi and another similar looking side chick. Shinobu will also probably have to reject Fumi here in order for the script he writes to be that much more significant as his heart will still be fully set on Sakura. In short, the movie must reveal the truth in a brilliant way, and we need another layer to fuckboi's character that we don't have right now to justify splitting fuckboiXSakura apart even if they are in a mutually loving relationship after all these months. Ultimately in the end if it somehow plays out like this, Fumi enjoyers can look forward to a spinoff or bonus chapter because the manga will have made an interesting level of recovery. GraPara! is a more mature romance that always danced between the lines of ntr rom-com so things can still change.
This is very much true, yet with all the blundering around that Katsura Airi has done since, its weird that even now small as it may be we the readers can sort of see a glimmer of a setup in the upcoming chapters that can still flip everything 180. Fuckboi being a skirt chasing cheater who sets up girls he lands in different rooms in his agency dorm on a rotation, the movie drawing in all the relevant parties for one final confrontation, the truth finally coming out, and some other things I'm missing but the doors are there, and with all the bs Katsura has already done, they shouldn't start getting cold feet about it now if they want to put it in reverse. Of all the possible endings I truly believe accepting Fumi route to be the lamest but tamest one to wrap things up quickly so I'm all against it.

Fair, GraPara! will have been a great manga that ended at 102, and anything beyond that was GraPara 2! I will say that even if next chapter there's no sighting of Sakura the final chance will be if we see the casting for the movie and get to see some of the production process, this will be the final window outside of some random encounter out in the city ofc.
