I just remembered something. During Destiny Lovers the author of part 2 (i think he was the artist of part 1 then picked it up for part 2?), was actively talking and arguing with people on Twitter, responding to comments and everything.

At some point he insinuated that the whole NTR extravaganza thing was pushed on him by the editors. He never outright said it but, from memory, he basically did. Also when Destiny Lovers was over he was just done with it, never wanted to mention it again.

With how often this NTR/Cheating stuff happens late in mangas and the amount of NTR/Cheating centric publications on Magapoke, I think maybe the editorial department actually has an NTR/Cheating agenda to push. To the point where they almost push writers in that direction.

I think there are 4 or 5 manga that pull something like this after chapter 70 on Magapoke alone, never really seen it anywhere else. Also I dont think I've ever seen things be inappropriately tagged like this anywhere else.

That's what I had heard as well. Its a shame because Tomohiro Kais art is goated, I wish it didn't go down like that.

Had some people tell me the artist is fairly well known and has collabed with other writers so they'll be more than fine, only question is how much long will they be tied to doing GraPara!, if it truly ends poorly they'll be taking the least amount of damage from it either way.
