Half of this was my inner pessimist writing. I don't think Sakura knows at all about their meeting or it was fucboi's idea and at that point she didn't care enough to refuse given the pacing of everything.

She has know idea about the meeting at all would be out of character for her to be ok with that kind of conflict but in character for fuckbois superiority complex he has as well as his narcissistic personality and last he monopolized and isolated Sakura by doing that. There was no issues with her until mio and nagi came back into the picture. Kinda ironic that they may breakup after a toxic personality egging sakura on comes into the picture seeing as that's how he stole Sakura away from shionbu in the first place. If that happens then we will be keeping with the theme that anyone who comes after Sakura gets a visit from karma.

I agree with this take. I'd say Nagi might be toxic'ish but Mio is queen and blameless. Gib fucboi some of that karma, maybe blonde too but that's a luxury ask.

• Sakura's reaction the next morning after cheating
• Sakura and Fuckboi confirming their relationship
• Shinobu and Fumi confirming their relationship
• Chico's full reaction to the break up

So yeah, a skip here would not be surprising at all actually... Especially since we need the pages for ShiKura.

She can't show those. Imagine the conversations...

• Sakura's reaction the next morning after cheating - she was forced, Shinobu's calls are still there. What is she going to talk about? "I think he forced me... but he made me cum... oh, i guess I will date him." Seeing that convo would destroy the manga more than the sex scene.

• Sakura and Fuckboi confirming their relationship - how? "you were a bad boy. i said no, but you were so good that i'll skip over that and we'll date" Again, it would show the absurdity of the situation. It's a scene for a different kind of manga. Like a psychological drama..

• Shinobu and Fumi confirming their relationship - that would make the couple official. it would make the pen scene and Fumi's reaction even more demented.

• Chico's full reaction to the break up - this is the most egregious of them all. Chico has Sakura's number, no? She knows Shinobu for ages "Shinobu, tell me what happened?" "SAKURA!!! ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND!?!?!?!" so better put a panel with a tantrum and that's it.

These scenes are not shown because it would highlight the profoundly absurd plot of this manga.

Well with how sakura is written as a character she tends to go with the flow of things from her point of view shinobu has aboundond her for another woman. So she doesn't really have an option she can't do conflict and I doubt she ever said I love you to fuckboi since she is ONLY with him because she believes shionbu has left her and cheated on her. That's why he gose and tells shinobu not to try and contact her again. On a subconscious level he knows it was a misunderstanding.

Mio I think or hope yes she is in fact my favorite girl in the series. I also think this ends with some kind of shionbu x sakura ending if there is no fumi ending. Sakura's shadow seems to be a heavy weight above their relationship.

I think the way fuckboi behaved in the meeting with Shinobu,there is a high chance that Sakura doesn't know about that.

That's the thing it's not sakura's shadow that is effecting shionbu it's fumi that it hangs over she is insecure about it and when shionbu tries to treat her as a girlfriend not wanting her to do an intamint scene with a random guy she misunderstands his intent in that. Because she thinks he would treat sakura differently. She is right in that but that's because acting was sakura's dream and shionbu wanted to make that dream come true.

I'm seeing it too but I'm not taking the potential Fumi bait off the hook just yet. I was really hoping for at least @hugorito420 's cliff hanger prediction, instead we got something completely different and way worse.

That's why I said it's a potential conflict that can end the relationships with Sakura there was that extra setup with mio saying to her that if she needs anything I'm here for you. Why would they write that in and do nothing with it?

Now that I think about it, it's curious that Sakura's shadow is helping Shinobu move forward and not get stuck, while for Fumi, it's the exact opposite.

At least we're going to see both couples conflicts before Shinobu and Sakura.But how they would makes a Sakura x Shinobu ending that makes at least a litlle sense? Because they would have to solve the misusndertanding before startbover again

There's still no real conflict that would require Mio to step in, at most a partial setup, but the focus really wasn't on Sakura in 135 to say much more.
