Not as crazy as it sounds, I am expectant of a little more drama to happen as a result of the cliffhanger, just not having an exact vision for it. Heck, it could be Shinobu getting some ptsd triggered and sinking back into depression mode and then getting trucked oof.

We'll retcon it for the independent remake.

Also I know we've called him fucboi so many times and its a bit late to try running any sort defense for him but the fucboi in GraPara! is an interestingcase since he doesn't exhibit all the usual characteristics of the average fucboi and is more of a mixed bag in the way that Airi has written him by mixing in some bits of genuine "sincerity" (fawk blonde for this) alongside some of the manipulative actions he takes towards Sakura making readers feel a bit conflicted.

I'm actually surprised we're being shown their relationship now being a bit strained as it is here, because fucboi's follow up after everything lined up so well for him, was flawless in how he was able to have Sakura move out, and then transfer to blonde's agency which was then checkmate. If this is all bait in the end for some fucboi eleventh hour development power move, I'll golf clap for Airi one last time for the sick baits.

Scum and Dog was pretty good read, honestly, that's what I want for GraPara! ending for Shinobu, Sakura, and Fumi man, "Just live your lives filled with happiness" (Shuuji's sololiloquy), and for Sakura if that involves reconciling things with fucboi because he gets some undeserved final chapter character development, it is what it is in the end...a profoundly stupid ultimate ntr rom-com I guess.

Also yes the whole mom ntr because he got booted from the party thing is a funny read indeed.

Too bad he won't be able to make kids with them due to "certain circumstances ".

While I won't equate 1 chapter of a manga to an entire game, you know what they say about a rushed game vs a delayed one.

Jokes aside, the ending will feel rushed in more ways than one either way (another week or two won't fix), might as well get it over with atp I agree.

Why do I feel like they shaved off some the 135 page count to increase 136 numbers....We shall see, I think a 24pg to 30pg count is reasonable, anything more will just be a nice bonus to whatever type of ending they can squeeze out going from that bastard of a cliffhanger.
