The scary thing is this chapter opens a window for it with blonde coming back in again, there is a chance to subvert expecations but no one's banking on that atp so the common sense option is the resign this manga to it's doomed fate instead of believing in the miracle that hasn't happened.

It's disappointing that it's ending in the next chapter. It's going to be a lame conclusion, given that there was no hint until this chapter that it was about to end. It's all too common in manga for stories to end abruptly for no good reason, showing that publishers don't care about their readers. If you're cancelling it, you should at least give it a few chapters to wrap up, out of respect for the readers — especially for something that has been running for 135 chapters.

At least I wasn't paying for it this time. There's hardly any motivation to support these scamming publishers.

The artist really carried this manga hard, bit of a shame, depending on the final chapter I don't know my feeling about a GraPara2! but I guess I wouldn't mind unless it's a new cast which would be less fun because KA lucked into a decent MC/FMC pairing for once and still managed to fumble it.

I'll follow the artist towards whatever future projects they have lined up for them even if there's another KA attached to it, will just have to adjust expectations ofc.
