Her manga before grapara was karami zakari and it was a success but the manga before that didn't sell too much.
But i think she won't take managaka works for now to have more creative freedom with her doujinhis now.

She just give a permission and freedom to
Kei Miike sensei to do whatever
KM sensei wanted with the adaptation. That's why
KM sensei changed all three characters but just keep the MC as a cuckold.
A friend in this forum had previously pointed out by citing an interview with AK (sensei) that she did not actually do anything with the work.
Therefore, the storytelling skills in the Karami Zakari manga version belong solely to KM sensei.
I hope AK (sensei) won't have Shinobu discover a cuckold fetish just because she saw Fumi naked and acting out of the script because that wouldn't be what rom-com should be.
It would actually indicate a serious mental illness of
AK (sensei). Furthermore, if
Keishi Nishikida sensei cooperates in illustrating such an insane scene, I’d have to wonder if he and the editor might be mentally ill too. That would explain why
Grapara was completely ruined like this.
I was joking because it's hard to gather three mentally ill people to work as a team and cause Kodansha trouble. LOL
