I think this love triangle is on square one again after these chapters and anyone can be the endgame.About Eun thing,i don't think the author will add too much more and the backstory will be just like that,nothing special.

The author will drag this love triangle until she can't because this is what is making this mawnha alive.And the author knows that both guys are super popular,so she made this love triangle being back to square one for now.So the only thing the readers has to do is wait for the future chapters.

And i don't think the author made this new season just to make the same ending as the high school times,it would make this timeskip just be useless.I think it will ve different ending.

The ts was pretty useless to begin with. The author made eun and sua get together just to let them break up like this seems odd to me as this ts tbh. Also idk after 140 its hard to see dohwa be the endgame if there is no plot but even if there is it would be a wack one ngl( well the plot with eun was wack aswell tbh)
Also we have more screen on eun in the last chapters and again sua did all that because she thought that she didnt hurt dohwa with that not because she had "feelings" for him. But in the end it was like back than, she did the same mistake her feelings didnt change, her feelings are clearly not enough to be in a relationship except like you said before due to plot they will get together.
If thats all with eun i have to say thats pretty wack to not meet sua for 10 years. Also i dont understand why the author would bring back eun NOW a second time to just let him become the fifth wheel in the love triangle.
Everything seems pretty odd. Everything is messy and everything doesnt seem to connect.
I can see the scandal bring sua and dohwa together or eun (for whatever reason) helps sua to save dohwa that he get back in the industry without problems which leads them to get closer again. Or the stalker want to attack sua and eun will appear(or dohwa) and her feelings will ignite again. Because i wouldnt understand the drama between eun and sua otherwise. They become a couple and broke up like immediately after, then he disappeard for 10 years came back, has a backstory and drama what comes with him and than to just say: yo dohwa is the endgame because because...
The other option is sua will end up with no one we get a ts that she is good friends with dohwa and has contact with eun but not in a relationship with either one.
Also i think the author could made the new season and the ts to create tention between eun and sua but in the end they realize their "true love" but yeah it sounds hilarious ik
