Now i'm watching Grand Blue again after the latest chapter of the manga.This one has a way better romance even if it is only a comedy story.

I fucking  love the exaggerated facial expressions in the manga. I lose my shit every time.

Ever since the chapter where Fuckboy lunges at Sakura, I think it was chapter 128 or 129, it's been a desperate attempt to rewrite the story because Japanese fans didn't accept the change in direction. With each new chapter, they've tried to win back the fans, but it's backfired, generating more and more criticism and anger. This last chapter seems like it was written by someone else trying to appease the fans, tying up loose ends like Sakura's explanation of what happened with Fumi's kiss or Shinobu and Sakura's reunion. I find Shinobu unrecognizable in the last few pages holding Sakura's hand, and I don't recognize her either when she lets Fumi undress and act on her own in the sex scene. I think it was a story with potential that was canceled due to script flaws, which, frankly, I find truly incomprehensible in a sector as economically powerful as manga. I suppose extras will appear in the coming months explaining different situations that were left unresolved. It's a real shame it ends like this.

Sabado Gigante was enjoyable, even though I was only able to make out one in every 3 or 4 words. Probably why I enjoy Gaki no Tsukai so much, too.

His art hard carried the series in the latter half of the story. You can see it evolve from chapter 1. Here is to hoping he tries to pick up the pen.

Probably. This was close to 20 years ago at this point, at least. Never really paid attention to the names of the shows, outside of "Ocurrio Así" or "Sabado Gigante". It was mostly something playing in the background as we would shoot the shit.

Y'know, manga version of Iida from Karami Zakari was actually a far better person and girlfriend than Sakura. Sakura is genuinely one of the worst FMC ever, especially one you're supposed to like and not hate.

That manga is pure peak.And the last chapter was amazing because of Iori x Chisa moment.You see that a comedy manga writes a 100x better romance than most of romcoms manga today.

Y'know, manga version of Iida from Karami Zakari was actually a far better person and girlfriend than Sakura. Sakura is genuinely one of the worst FMC ever, especially one you're supposed to like and not hate.

The original doujin version of Iida is better than Sakura, no need to bring her tamer manga remake version into this.

Iida being a major nymphomaniac that has sex by the truckload is who she is without misleading or jumping into any misunderstanding.

Sakura is nowhere as sexually liberated as Iida, but as a person she is automatically worse due her cowardice and willingness to end a relationship due a misunderstanding.

Plus, thanks to the new Karami Zakari ending Iida chosing to be a nympho lead her into a lonely place, while GraPara's ending pretty much rewarded Sakura for every mistake she made.

Japanese people compared Shinobu to "the naked director" (an AV director btw).
there's little ambiguity about how little as a REAL director Shinobu is because he even has a nickname about being good with directing sex scenes.
No one has any opinion on the rest of the movie he makes? he's just the nude sex scenes director.
