No but that is the only difference i see between this two is that we're going to have a NTR vs NTR.

I honestly think the girlfriend is going to use the other guy to make the MC jealous. I don't see any NTR on her part. Besides, the author has never done NTR in his previous manga, only netori in this one.

I don't think it's the final chapter. In every manga I've read, there's always a "The End" message on the last page and the author's acknowledgments, and I didn't see that. Besides, the title "Ueno-kun Is Developing" is because he finally debuted in an orgy, although the last page does give the impression of an ending.

Saw the Hima-ten epilogue a few days ago, they didn't really add anything so i didn't mention it here...

Yeah, i even MTLd it. She wants to keep him for her self for some time because she wants to have sex with him as much as he had it with the other girls. She then called his mom to get her permission for him to stay over night, mom said ok. Then she asked can they make a baby, mom said ok... I fucking lost it there!

Hmm, i believe he and Manaka will get married, but she will share him with the girls every now and then. That's kinda the best ending we could get without it being to weird IMO.
