Because it's the same plot, the girlfriend got him because she confessed to him first while he's actually in love with seem-to-be bad girl who is the truly FMC of the story.

The girlfriend knew they've been in love since middle school. She'll break up with the MC and fight for love again or just give up. It depends on the author but, IMHO, she isn't the FMC. Sorry for that.

And i still think that the author will do a forced ending to make things work with them.

And she is "single" right now.So i don't think the MC will be against it she wants to do that.It would make he happy because of his fetish.

Presentation was trash but it IS an ending where both Shinobu and Sakura achieved the dreams they had at the start. Airi if she had full control could've done a much better NTR ending other than just framing the last few panels like that.
