This is Chico. She does not belong to an idol group but instead is a Tiktoker. She's also Shinobu's childhood friend and has unrequited feelings for him.

You're talking about Haruna. They both have twintails but unlike Chico, Haruna has lighter-colored hair (also look at how they have different bangs and how differently their twintails drop) and larger breasts.
