Given that the group name is clearly parodying The Wild Fang Project (may they burn in hell) and run by the modern spinyback team, I think it counts as an april fool's release even if the translation is real lol

They probably made the translation real so that mangadex and mangaupdates would be willing to host/record it.

This is actually a real release, I'm hoping to just slowly get as much redone from the start as I can. The name Tame Tooth Project has been a bit of a running joke among people I know for a while now, so I just thought it was about time it was realised. Our real April Fool's release is under Baki Rahen, or the 2024 collection depending on when whoever is reading this comment in the future is looking.
