If these people are not allowed to leave how the hell do they go to work or what if they get a promotion at work and are forced to move overseas because of a job opportunity, will the owner be like nah dog you not going anywhere, Bro are you going to put food on my table, why the hell would anyone turn down a promotion, what do you want me to tell by boss, i love my landlord more than my salary.
