You misunderstand "By fans for fans" and "Proper job in a company".
If you want money that much, go get yourself hired, and ask if this manga can be translated/released.

I would be damned if I ever claimed money like that when I make a community website about a game.
First because most of the time it's for my own convenience.
Second because as long as you do a good job, people will support you naturally.

You will only get bashed the way you do things.
Produce results, then ask for support after....
Who the hell in their right mind would support someone whom we can't evaluate their work quality?

Start by making regular release (and more than once a year).
And don't ask money for NSFW releases.
Do it NSFW or don't, but don't ask us to pay so you can decide what you will do.
