I want to apologize ahead of time for any mistakes you see in this chapter. a large portion of our staff has either gone afk or left. (leading to more series being droped, not this one) please bear with us as we try to figure things out with our staff to return to somewhat regular releases and good quality. (ive hated staring at a mostly complete chapter in our drive for the past few weeks)

You know 13 has a point that the witches are screwing things up. If the witches just only expelled witches from their group for doing bad things. That just leaves those bad witches to terrorize more and give witches in 2 ways to be shown as bad. 1 if a person knows they expel bad witches it just shows they won't punish their own and the humans will have to rely on the witch hunters to deal with the problem leading to further radicalization and 2 just shows how incompetent the witches are as they are leaving people who learned magic from them to run freely and terrorize while they claim self defense or stopping the war. Just find Zero saying it is taboo for a witch to hunt another witch to be kind of stupid when said witches could be commiting terrorism and giving your side a bad name.
