Now, as for the chapter itself, guess is that she'll agree(lie) to join them, and then either shoot all 3 of them in the back, or that she'll wait to be in an advantageous position to kill some of the higher-ops of the Liberation Army.
Either way, she hates both sides of this civil war, with the people and city vigilantes who are caught in the middle being the only ones she doesn't outright hates. So she might actually join the Liberation Army just to get a chance at killing higher-ups of Island Army and then afterward kill the ones from the Liberation Army.

The liberation army is attempting to seize the island, and some of their members were part of the garrison forces.
The sniper squad was tricked there due to that deserter, but their comrades want to get them back.
Those 3 now revealed themselves as either to-be members of the Liberation army, or members who are still undercover in the garrison forces.
