I still "use" twitter, as a ghost user (what is it called? lurker?)
My last post there was on January 1, 2024 when the earthquake hit Japan,
and before that was on August 2023

But as a computer scientist and someone who works in the field, unfortunately, Twitter is still the go-to place to find out about whatever is happening with computer science, AI, and all that shit.
Keeping up with the news, what are the latest publications that are being hyped, what are the current trends at various conferences, and so on.

So it is currently the only social media app that is still installed on my phone.
