How to write a typical romance story;

Step 1; Have a female lead who is in trouble and always get saved by the male lead who pops out of nowhere (done)
Step 2; The male lead needs to have some kind of illness that's makes him unable to get in touch with other females, he needs to be pure lol (done)
Step 3; He needs to be rich and cold to others, but strangely he will be only kind to the FL (done)

I wonder how will this story turns out
Will this have the typical kidnapping and drugging plots? Hope it won't have rape as always...
