or made to be, I dont like the sounds of it if its not somthing for kids to be involved in. Any time shrine maiden is a secretive thing not openly talked about it screams sacrifice. That sword surely did not fly in by accident. Somebody is deliberately stirring up the conflict.
Also, it looks like MC will get to be the shrine maiden.
Yup. Particularly since a sword fell from the sky~ Sign from god that you should find a hidden elven village nearby.Killing children because your own child died... understandable, I guess...
How does a sword falling from the sky stir any conflict? It is obviously unrelated to the body that had drifted there, and more a sign of someone fighting something that can bat away swords til they enter the stratosphere. That sword surely did not fly in by accident. Well, first, you kill somebody's child. Then, you throw a deadly weapon (possibly cursed to amplify hatred) near grieving relatives. Finally, you watch the fur fly.How does a sword falling from the sky stir any conflict? Except the kid was long dead, so the grieving father would realize the sword does not have any relation to the murder. Unless the murderer is flying and trying to kill the father too (and avoiding others) - but in that case he would walk upwards to kill birdmen, not hiddenwards to kill elves.Well, first, you kill somebody's child. All that remains, is to find a way to profit from it enough to justify the risk and the cost of the weapon.
The sword has no relation to the murder. But it does have relation to revenge.Except the kid was long dead, so the grieving father would realize the sword does not have any relation to the murder.
