And then there's also the fact that they're seemingly implying that he was taking care of 1000 people's worth of work - so they'll need 1000 people to replace just him, and again, they didn't notice... at all?

The covers pretty much hinted to this scenario happening since Ganache in it (assuming those in the cover are the ones who followed the leader or an entirely new member).I would not be surprised if some more reasonable people will just quit too i mean Ganache here seems pretty ok for example
