I hate to quibble, but I don't agree with those numbers.
For a proper full on NTR scene where the MC’s love interest has intercourse with another man, that hasn’t happened again.
Now, I do expect that it will happen again, especially soon in the main story. And there have been scenes of Hoshimi being sexual with other men in front of Sawaya, but not full sex scenes.

I consider what is happening now, 2 sexual scenes with NTR because they will both learn that eachother are having sex with another person (sure with the purpose to get more info on what happened to the sister). Actually the girl will see the boy having sex on the woods, so this might caught as an OG NTR as well lol.... anyway
Later, a bit without context, falls into a situation if she sucks the dick of a guy she will get more information. She ends up doing in front of him, and the guy getting sucked does the whole humiliation in front of him, and she does all that to prove a point that she will do anything to get more information

Trust me, I know everything that has happen so far.
It is open to interpretation, but usually people don't consider it "fully” NTR until penetrative sex has occurred. A great example of this would be Ryoh-zoh’s Itaiamai. The comments on it are crazy, but despite the teasing, most do not feel NTR happened.
Now, I personally, do feel that dick sucking is a big deal, but I have found that others disagree. I try to keep that in mind when I describe if a scene is NTR.
A couple of other things, Sawaya does not know that Hoshimi had sex with Kajiwara. But now that he has seen her do other things, that reveal might not have a big impact.

Do I feel it was NTR, personally yes, but if I was talking about this manga to a potential reader, and the person wanted to know if NTR happens again, after the current arc, I would say "no, but..." . And then I would get more specific if they didn’t mind being spoiled.
The impression that his manga is wall to wall NTR really isn't true. If you count both scenes with Ozaki (Baldy) as two scenes, that would still only be two scenes after this arc. And those two scenes only happened in the last 15 chapters. After this arc we have nearly 65 chapters tell we come to a scene like this again, and in that time there is 4-5 “happy” sex scenes. So, over all, I just don’t feel it is a good characterization of this manga.
I can see the purpose in describing a manga by its most extreme chapters, but that can be misleading. I've read many mangas that were tagged "Erotic", and thought, well when the fuck is that going to happen?
