For someone who barely makes the AK right, as there are room to improve the AK instead of blaming on it accuracy, making a sniper rifle is a totally impossible. Yes, you might have heard stuff like they make sniper Mosin or all the Kar98k is fitted with a scope mount in case they ever get issued with a scope, but to be a sniper rifle needs tuning, and those who think just a bolt action rifle alone can do the job will never get it done.
Also, you give a full power ammo rifle for a child? Ever get bruise from shooting one?

This is incredibky dumb, so not only would her leg and shoulder shots be killing these guys with that round (legs would be off or mostly off) but shoulders would be detached and a lung taken out minimum. Also magic suddenly has a limit but it blocks things just as destructive.
