@Oakheir Mk 19 and an M2A2 Browning is good, but too heavy to load on move, even an M1919 Machine gun is heavy, with our MC and His "Harem" Soldiers, not good enough to carry those 2, a Milkor MGL is enough tho, but those 40mm grenades are too heavy, a PKM or even a PKD is enough as a LMG

There are some machine guns that do use a clip or similar mechanism. Most notably the DP-27/DP-28, which uses a top fed magazine that looks like a dinner plate, and the M-249 SAW that's chambered in NATO 5.56 has a side port that accepts the same mags that the M16/M4 uses, although it has a higher jam chance when using a mag.
