It's not strange to think that way when it is probably what half the girls are there to do. I see most of these otome isekai academies as similar to coeds during the 40s and 50s. Frankly, half the girls were attending college to snag a successful husband. As much as I like novel for the story depth, for series like this I'd like the manga more because the art really elevates how silly she can be.

Like that Wolf vs Floof face on page 1 and 2.

Edit: Never mind, I just read the synopsis of this manga.

With how little role it plays in the story, she might as well be a talented native.
I guess the only reincarnator-like thing about her, is that she wasn't in the original story, and her presence changes everything.
And also she has a slightly easier time understanding the concepts like "otome game".
