I think beforehand, Hina was dealing with endless confessions from guys who were going for her mainly for her looks and had ulterior motives. As a result, she would bluntly reject all the confessions.

Hina’s interest in Rei started not so much because of what he did, but rather because of what he DIDN’T do, and she more or less confirmed that to herself after her initial interactions with him where he just wanted to end the conversation instead of asking for anything.

OK faces, chibis.
But hands (just how long her fingers on page 25 would have to be), proportions (legs on all males or their whole build in general), or actually posing the characters are like 2 tiers lower.
