Yes, I did quite enjoy that from start to finish. Though it's still different in that regard, since Remilia was able to obtain the knowledge of her world being that of a game in Japan. While Rachel has indeed found herself looped in time, her concept of the world around her is still that of an isolated bubble -- the notion that the Anna before her is a person brought in from outside of that sphere isn't even something she would be able to derive by her own abilities.

Ahhhhh I see what you're saying now! Yeah, actually now that I'm thinking of it, "Observation Log of My Fiancée" (mentioned by another commenter) is the only other otome isekai I can recall having a similar premise where a POV character is of the "game world" and has to deal with an isekai'd FMC. However, in that story, there's still an isekai'd villainess as the deuteragonist.

I'm trying to recall other stories that have a similar POV, I feel like there MUST be others, but I'm drawing a blank at the moment. Makes me realize that "The Villainess Lost Her Powers" is a pretty interesting take on otome isekais in that regard! Gives me a new appreciation for the story, I'm interested to see how it explores this premise.
