This is actually a really interesting take for the "reincarnated MC" person. It's true it's kinda awful that she didn't seem to consider them as "people," but it's also interesting she took the time to apologize, even under the impression that she's incapable of changing the "story" around her.
In any case, it's a bit more refreshing than the usual easy-to-hate selfish reincarnator, I want to see how she feels about the "story" and "characters" not behaving the way she expected.
Yeah. I was just thinking how new and refreshing it is to see the otome heroine actually acknowledging her loss like an adult, since usually the isekai reincarnator heroines are office ladies who should be emotional adults.
