Since the cook Samuel has made his first appearance here and is shown on the cover, will he show as much Japanese influence in his dishes as he did in the other series?

Previously in the other series (Ch. 7), he was freaking out about the sight of azuki beans and soy beans and mumbled about making numerous Japanese dishes and sweets with them.

Here, if he was requested to prepare something like a snack that can be eaten easily with one hand, onigiri/riceballs are what to comes to mind when it comes to Japanese favorites. If he makes anything that isn't that, then I think we have further proof that the 'Samuel' from the other series is a reincarnator.

Depends imo, if he has seaweed to use as wrapper then those could be an easy, low mess snack.

But just plain riceball can leave grains on your hand ruining the whole point.

Based on the cover, Samuel seems like the male lead for Anna. Though, given this is the Saintess Anna timeline, I wonder how that'll go. I know she was popular enough with Prince Louis that the engagement with Rachel was annulled.

You know, that's why this series really deserves more attention. So much of what we see of Saintess Anna was from the perspective of Rachel who harassed her and regrets that. From Anna's perspective, we know that Anna actually really adored and respected Rachel, and Anna had very little interest in the Prince. Rachel thinks that Anna and Louis were going to get together, but we can see for ourselves now if that really was the case.
