Imma be real y'all, I'm shocked by how dumb this is hahaha
Not once does he even contemplate the idea of leaving the town. Instead he just decides to go and do anything but that like??? I dunno man, makes no sense, literally just take the footage of these "punishments" happening to several other police jurisdictions and their traditions would be gone completely within days, and they'd have a new police precinct heavily monitoring suspicious activity henceforth.
Aside from that I guess it was an okay read, the mystery of it was kind of intriguing, but we never found out what Otsu was so thats lame
