Legit, do not look it up. Its the same base premise, grotesquely ugly is beautiful and good looking is ugly. The problem with the other one, the artist's taste is ugly. The main girls look fine, till the sex scenes. At which point you will loose your lunch. The artist has a thing for nightmare levels of gross and ugly, and the nipples look like they are infested with maggots. Bloated as hell, pours and pustules all over them, slimy fluids coming from not just the tips. There was a flat girl, who her nipples alone made her chest size go from AA to around C. And you will also see the characters who are meant to look ugly naked, with the same horrific nipples. It untimely fails its premise of the reverse because all the girls look gross as hell even those not meant to be. Add in armpit, and smell fetishes as well, the artist just really like it to be as gross as possible, and twisted that into the girls being good looking. One big give away, the ugly character have the same nipples. They clearly choose a artist based on how ugly they can make characters, which is what the artist likes and posts on their socials. But they forgot the artist would need to draw good looking girls as well.
