TIL Dan Dan noodle ramen is a thing. Sounds amazing.

Ahh, I figured out where the glitch is, it's more pronounced and usually Anglicized as Tantan men, which I have heard of before and is pretty popular there. I wonder if the noodles used are the thicker kind with alkaline used in ramen noodles, or are more like the traditional dan dan style noodles instead? I imagine they use just ramen noodles, so they don't to make a separate type of noodles just for it.
