Ikidomari and Boobies definitely didn't expect this twist on page 2.
I see cameos of Cutie Honey, Devilman, Mazinger Z, Susano-o, and Dororon Enma Kun. Yukiko from Enma-kun even appears twice on page 8.
And considering how prominently she is featured on the cover, Jubei hardly appeared in this.

Thanks for the translation!

I saw the OVA first and thought it was a generic hentai using the characters from this series simply for the sake of notoriety, but after reading this I can see that it was more or less on point with the source material.

Thanks for the translation :salute:.

It was like reading a h-manga with lots of comedy and ecchi (with Borderline H scenes), but with the plus of it's a 90's manga. I want to believe that some h-artists read this manga as a reference, because the main plot is the one I've been reading for years in some h-manga works. It was really fun.

Thank you so much AndroidLB for translate this spin-off, Nagai from the early 90's is really something special, never fails to make me smile.

The original Harenchi Gakuen is actually significant. This is just using the same characters, for 25th anniversary.

Kind of sad to see Yamagishi turned into just the same kind of loser as the teachers from the og.

One always appreciates your translation efforts, but like a lot of the odd Nagai revivals, this sort of lacked the right sauce.

I think this was mainly maid as a promotion for the ova. There is also a live action movie counterpart that is really obscure.

That would explain why some people are alive again and some people are no longer married.

When you say film, do you mean based on this or the 60s one?

It has the same title and was released the same year as the anime 1996, I think it only has a vhs release. "平成ハレンチ学園 映画 VHS" you can find pictures with that.

I was a bit wrong about it being a direct promotion since this manga was published in two patches in 1994 and 1995. In 1995 there was also the computer game. Of course there is a good chance the anime production was started in 1995.

Thanks!

You have my undying respect for the level of care and research you do for your translations, honestly.
