I’m not sure what it’s supposed to imply. My guess is that, since the Samejima Incident is treated as a high-risk secret, it would allow her to know classified information the higher-ups are trying to hide

I honestly thought the ticket Samejima gave Ao back in chapter 19 would never be brought up again, it’s been four years since that chapter came out

I don't think it looks "shitty", but I do think that (at least in this chap) it's much less comprehendable

It's already an inherently dense and confusing manga, with many callbacks to chapters from ages ago or another manga by the same author, but the hectic release schedule has also made it hard to remember what was happening in the previous chapters. At this point I can really only recall the basic premise.
