I’m not sure who spoke those lines, but I assume it was the real Miyako (the woman Okuri Ookami had killed). We saw Okuri Ookami being taunted by her alter ego back in chapter 11, which might actually have been the real Miyako herself. It seems that she still exists within Okuri Ookami and quietly waiting for the chance to reclaim her body

If you haven’t read the story about Real, the person cursed by it develops a severe rash around their neck that eventually begins to bleed

We still haven’t seen what Hashiraba is truly capable of. He’s not the athletic type like Natsume, so I’m curious what his ability might be. I hope it’s something connected to Tsurenai


Like ubume, Ushi no Kubi (Cow's Head) appearance was already hinted back in chapter 26

Ushi no Kubi is an urban legend similar to Samejima Incident, but unlike that story, where discussing it is dangerous, simply hearing the story of Ushi no Kubi is said to be fatal. Because of this, the full story has never been written down or shared. Also, in contrast to Samejima Incident, which is deliberately kept hidden, Ushi no Kubi actively tries to spread its own story to others
