It's frustratingly annoying that the MC, despite being from a modern world, lacks the basics of building a city. Embarrassingly, Rhodrich who's managing all of the construction and development acts more modernly than the MC, smh~ seriously, when will the Japanese author write a plot with the MC that has bigger ambitions rather than living a slow-life that fades away with time like sand being blown by the breeze.

Slow-life? Majority of Isekais are not about slow-life. Slow life means no stress, no fighting and no backbreaking actions.
Even if MC's say they want slow-life majority of time it's the opposite, like a satire.

Slow-life i like it, i love it. Do your work, have a relaxing weekend and repeat. No overtime or stress from overwork or work. Read a book in the evening drinking tea or wine and to match all of this have a partner who shares the same ideals.

While what we see in majority of manga is stress inducing activities with hazards to life that are being boosted by people who use agreeable MC for their tasks.
