If I remember correctly, in the anime, Wilma just popped out in the later parts of the season and somehow the MC just decided to make her a concubine.
Now, I know why the anime is mostly forgettable - they really skipped too much of all the developments and motivations in the story and just somehow made it like more of a generic isekai anime where the isekai element is not even used.

You know what, I watched it 3 times while I was waiting for the new release animes to be completed and the only thing I remember is the intro where he’s the “exploited” lord and then he went home to his harem teasing him, other than that I completely forgot what’s going on lol
