The cover certainly did lie, she was always small chested, I suppose the cover was doing a pose to push them in, or maybe it's blending the exterior and the ghost attributes, so you get Big boobed Nirasawa, and teary eyed Ririka or something

Well, there's Hiroto's win condition: finding out and capturing the new student who has the power to counter Hiroto's stepsister. If that new student has a piercing/ ability nullifying power that can shut down the stepsister's auto reflect or all her powers in general, Hiroto can get the W.

I figured once Hiroto captured the Prince, he will focus his attention on dismantling the student council members. If he captures Mayu at the minimum, Hiroto will be aware of the conspiracy behind the scenes.

Hopefully, the author will wrap up the subplot dealing with Rirkia fast so Hiroto can resume his counterattack. At least dealing with the kidnappers will give Hiroto the chance to practice his new powers before challenging Yuu.

Might not be too much longer. The kidnapper's ability might be useful to Hiroto, depending on the specifics of it.

Being able to Houdini anyone in broad daylight to an undisclosed location sounds like the abilities of the MC's in "Confinement King" and "NTREVENGE".
