• Hiroto will unlock any crucial intel involving the student council, from talks to his stepsister to the reason why the student council is going to such extreme lengths to keep him insolated until the day he dies.
• Powerful A-class student who is in a great position to spy on his enemies and of course, get the best girl under his control.

Mayu's capture should happen sometime after Hiroto finally defeat Yuu/Prince and capture at least one of them.

That council girl never opened her eyes, so I find the panel pretty good in showing her it might be first time she opened her eye (after long time) and the class' reaction to that.
