No, it was not an isekai. It was something similar to boku no hero academia. The MC had an hot teacher, and was friend with an electric girl and another girl that had the power to control insects but at the same time she was disgusted by them.
And the main joke of the manga was that the dude "power" was easily mistaken for ejaculation.
Sadly it got axed, it was kind of fun.
