I can think of one decent reason to hate him, if he's the reason the mom died. Women in this series have proven to be almost universally deranged lunatics, so theoretically the stepmom raped him, her soul did the partial popping out thing, he accidentally shoved the soul out of her without a ghost to put in, and all Rei knows is that he killed her mom.

So laser girl told prince what happened hmmm she might end up curious about him but not in a sexual way... yuri fans tend to riot when that happens lol.

So this is what Mr.bigschlong meant by breaking her... wasn't expecting bdsm but explosion girl has that personality though... if MC was truly a feminist.. I don't think he would be doing something like this and it might be the other way around like that one other manga where MC was a masochist and a certain female character learned of his... "habits" and they experimented with one another that eventually turned into a harem of some sort though doubt that'll happen in this.

But wrestling girl is interesting she's still following him.

The fun part about that theory of mine is we even have setup already for explaining why the mom's ghost hasn't been seen. He's banned from the house, and some ghosts are bound to specific locations and that's apparently his default expectation.
