Even if we omit the fact that Misora has already forgive no less rotten men and women (damn, she even herself admits that her friendship with Sarah is very weird after what was between them), this dude really deserved a punishment. I appreciate those moments when the manga still recalls that it talks about how Misora fights against the immorality and cruelty of the entertainment industry, not surrender to them with formal excuses.

Honestly, Rui-sensei from time to time use karmic violence to punish characters who, for whatever reason, didn't get it as part of the plot. @SuperOniichan Well actually i was sure that this was Sara and not some random thot, i was under the mistaken impression that Sara had fixed her ways, so i guess this girl didn't actually deserve all that, she was just some innocent sex worker, not the legendary degenerate.
But with that said, someone had to put the brakes somewhere, usually they come in the form of STIs, and as we know people keep going even after catching a couple of them or more, so for her to learn her lesson with something that didn't even lasted a week is lucky of her.
Did she had to be punished? no, Did she deserve it? no, but her world already has Sara and that's way too much thotery for one universe, so as unfair as it is was, she had to quiet down, for the sake of balance she had to take that beating.
Sara will totally fuck her son it is practically set in stone, she probably already did, multiple times, probably molested him on the same video she made when giving birth to him, she is the kind of woman to eat the placenta by licking it straight out of her baby, and if he got lucky she stopped at that, but then Sara is his mom, luck was never on his side.
Which is why people like the doctor are needed, they mark a line to not be crossed, they held the door, they mark the no no zone, probably the ONLY no no zone in the entire manga, he is out there flattening the curve of thotery, driving thots away, while Sara sells a fantasy of degeneracy to be followed, the doctor punches reality into their faces and forces them to reconsider, or at least he was, he is retired now, and there's no one out there to stop the next Sara from rising up.
On this chapter the world of Hagure Idol lost its one and only effective thot stopping device.

But if you want details directly on the occasion I mentioned, then you should go back to the second volume and read the arc with the first appearance of KGB and the transformation of Misora and Akira into a business yuri couple. In fact, this is often used in ecchi, when authors try to somehow "apologize" for using lesbian rape as a fanservice.

We already know that she is perverted degenerate, so while Misora's story is in constant chaos due to the repeated change of setting and attempts to combine hentai and moral lessons, Rui does not need any loopholes or awkward excuses for this.
